From 5:00-5:30 PM I was interrupted by a serious conference call with an arbitrator in which all of the details were set for a June sexual harassment arbitration likely to be in Bakersfield and downtown Los Angeles. At midnight I arrived at the Sherman Oaks office, ready to dump trash from the cleanup. One of our people was still at the office at midnight! He didn't even know I would be making a surprise visit.
